By accessing or using LibanMall.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About LibanMall
LibanMall is a Lebanese online marketplace that allows businesses, brands, boutiques, artisans, and sellers to create their own online store and sell products across Lebanon.
LibanMall provides the technology platform, seller dashboard, product listing tools, order management tools, customer communication tools, and related digital services.
LibanMall is not the manufacturer, owner, or direct seller of products listed by independent sellers unless clearly stated otherwise.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
“LibanMall,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to LibanMall.com and its operating team.
“Website” or “Platform” refers to LibanMall.com and any related pages, services, tools, dashboards, and features.
“Customer” refers to any person browsing, ordering, or purchasing products through LibanMall.
“Seller” refers to any business, individual, brand, boutique, artisan, or company that creates a seller account or store on LibanMall.
“Store” refers to the seller’s dedicated storefront on LibanMall.
“Product” refers to any item listed for sale by a seller on LibanMall.
“Order” refers to a purchase request placed by a customer through the platform.
3. Platform Role
LibanMall acts as an online marketplace and technology platform.
Sellers are responsible for their own products, prices, product descriptions, stock availability, delivery arrangements, customer communication, warranties, returns, refunds, and after-sales service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LibanMall may help facilitate the online shopping experience, but LibanMall does not guarantee the performance, quality, legality, safety, availability, or suitability of any seller’s products.
4. Customer Accounts
Customers may browse the website without creating an account. Certain features, such as order history, wish lists, messaging, checkout, or saved details, may require account registration.
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
Customers are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for all activity that occurs under their account.
5. Seller Accounts
Sellers may register for a seller account and create a store on LibanMall.
By registering as a seller, you confirm that:

You have the legal right to sell the products you list.

Your business information is accurate.

Your product listings are truthful and not misleading.

You will comply with applicable Lebanese laws and regulations.

You will not list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading, or unauthorized products.

You will handle your customers professionally and honestly.
LibanMall reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove seller accounts at its discretion.
6. Seller Subscription Plans
LibanMall offers seller subscription plans, including free demo access and paid yearly plans. The available plans, prices, product limits, features, and included services may be shown on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.
Current seller plans may include features such as a LibanMall store page, product listings, Jenny AI Assistant, domain-related services, business email, QR code, and other tools depending on the selected plan. (Liban Mall)
Subscription fees are charged for access to the seller platform and related tools. LibanMall operates on a zero-commission model, meaning LibanMall does not take a percentage of seller sales unless a different agreement is made in writing. (Liban Mall)
7. Free Demo Access
LibanMall may offer sellers a free demo period, such as 7 days, to explore the platform, add products, configure their store, and preview how their store will look before choosing a paid plan. (Liban Mall)
The demo does not guarantee approval, publication, or continuation of the store unless the seller completes the required subscription and approval process.
LibanMall may modify, extend, shorten, or discontinue demo access at any time.
8. Payments for Seller Plans
Seller subscription payments may be processed through available payment methods such as Whish or other approved payment channels.
A seller’s store may be activated after payment confirmation and internal review.
Subscription payments are generally for the selected service period and are not automatically a guarantee of sales, traffic, customer orders, or business results.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, seller subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.
9. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are fully responsible for:

Uploading accurate product information.

Setting correct prices.

Updating stock quantities.
-
Managing product availability.
-
Setting delivery zones and delivery fees where applicable.

Processing orders promptly.
-
Contacting customers when needed.
-
Delivering products as promised.
-
Collecting cash on delivery where applicable.
-
Handling returns, exchanges, warranties, complaints, and refunds.

Ensuring products comply with applicable laws and safety standards.

Maintaining their own store terms, return policy, and customer service standards.
Sellers must not upload false, offensive, illegal, copied, misleading, or infringing content.
Sellers are also subject to our Seller Terms & Conditions, which form part of the agreement between LibanMall and any registered seller.
10. Product Listings
Product listings must be accurate, clear, and honest.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product titles, descriptions, prices, images, stock status, sizes, colors, specifications, and delivery details are correct.
LibanMall may edit, hide, reject, or remove product listings that appear inaccurate, incomplete, illegal, misleading, inappropriate, duplicated, or harmful to the marketplace.
11. Prohibited Products and Content
Sellers may not list or promote products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, misleading, infringing, or restricted under applicable laws.
Prohibited or restricted content may include, but is not limited to:

Counterfeit goods.

Stolen goods.

Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
-
Weapons or dangerous items.
-
Pornographic or sexually explicit materials.
-
Products that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.

Products with false medical, financial, or legal claims.

Any product or content that LibanMall considers harmful to users or the platform.
LibanMall may remove any product or seller account without notice if it believes there is a violation.
12. Orders and Cash on Delivery
LibanMall currently supports a marketplace model where customers may place orders through the website and pay using Cash on Delivery, depending on the seller and available checkout options. (Liban Mall)
When a customer places an order, the seller receives the order details and is responsible for fulfilling the order.
The customer agrees to provide accurate delivery information and to be available to receive and pay for the order.
Fake orders, repeated order refusal, abusive behavior, or misuse of the checkout system may result in account restriction or cancellation of future orders.
13. Delivery
Delivery is handled by the seller unless otherwise clearly stated.
Sellers may set their own delivery areas, delivery fees, and delivery conditions. Delivery fees may vary depending on the customer’s location and the seller’s delivery zones. (Liban Mall)
Customers should review the seller’s delivery information before placing an order.
LibanMall is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, courier issues, wrong addresses, unavailable customers, damaged items during delivery, or delivery disputes unless the issue was directly caused by LibanMall.
14. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Each seller is responsible for their own return, exchange, warranty, and refund policy.
Customers should review the seller’s policy before placing an order.
Unless otherwise stated, returns and exchanges are handled directly between the customer and the seller.
LibanMall may assist in communication where possible, but the final responsibility for resolving product-related issues remains with the seller.
15. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide accurate name, phone number, address, and order details.

Use the website honestly and lawfully.

Not place fake or abusive orders.

Not harass sellers or misuse communication tools.

Pay for cash-on-delivery orders upon receipt unless there is a legitimate issue.

16. Seller Communication and Customer Messages
LibanMall may provide communication tools such as seller contact forms, dashboard messages, email notifications, and WhatsApp product enquiry links.
Sellers and customers agree to use these tools respectfully and only for legitimate order, product, or business communication.
Spam, harassment, abuse, fraud, or misuse of communication tools is prohibited.
17. Jenny AI Assistant and AI Tools
LibanMall may provide AI-powered tools, including Jenny AI Assistant, to help sellers create product descriptions, SEO content, captions, images, prompts, product marketing material, social media ideas, or related content.
Jenny AI and any other AI tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, guarantees, or promises of accuracy, quality, legality, originality, suitability, reliability, performance, or commercial results.
The Seller understands and accepts that AI systems may produce incorrect, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, offensive, biased, outdated, fabricated, or unexpected results. AI tools may also “hallucinate,” invent facts, make false claims, misinterpret information, generate unsuitable content, or create outputs that require human review.
The Seller uses Jenny AI and all AI-generated content at their own risk.
The Seller remains fully responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, approving, publishing, and using any AI-generated content. LibanMall does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, lawful, original, non-infringing, compliant with advertising rules, suitable for the Seller’s products, or safe to publish.
The Seller must not rely on AI-generated content as legal, financial, medical, technical, advertising, compliance, or professional advice.
The Seller must not use AI tools to create or publish false claims, misleading product descriptions, prohibited content, offensive content, unlawful material, infringing content, unsafe instructions, or any content that violates LibanMall’s policies or applicable laws.
LibanMall, its owners, founders, directors, officers, employees, developers, operators, administrators, contractors, service providers, partners, representatives, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, complaint, dispute, penalty, reputational harm, customer issue, legal issue, or business consequence arising from the Seller’s use of Jenny AI, other AI tools, or AI-generated content.
Some AI tools may require credits, limits, subscriptions, additional charges, or third-party services. LibanMall may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any AI feature at any time.
18. Seller Store Content
Each seller may have their own store page, logo, banner, About Us section, return policy, terms, contact information, social links, WhatsApp link, and product pages.
Sellers are responsible for all content they upload or publish on their store.
LibanMall may remove, edit, hide, or request changes to seller content if it is inaccurate, inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, low-quality, or harmful to the platform’s reputation.
19. No Guarantee of Sales or Results
LibanMall provides tools to help sellers create an online store, manage products, receive orders, and promote their business.
However, LibanMall does not guarantee:

Sales.

Profit.
-
Website traffic.
-
Search engine ranking.
-
Social media engagement.
-
Customer inquiries.
-
Business growth.
-
Specific results from Jenny AI or SEO tools.
Seller success depends on many factors, including product quality, pricing, demand, customer service, photos, descriptions, delivery, reputation, and the seller’s own marketing efforts.
20. Featured Products and Additional Services
LibanMall may offer optional paid services such as featured products, homepage placement, data entry assistance, AI credits, domain setup, business email setup, QR code creation, or promotional services.
The availability, price, duration, and conditions of these services may change at any time.
Featured placement does not guarantee sales or customer inquiries.
21. Intellectual Property
All LibanMall branding, design, platform structure, website content, text, graphics, logos, features, software, and related materials belong to LibanMall or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Sellers retain ownership of their own business names, logos, product images, and original content, but grant LibanMall permission to display, promote, resize, optimize, reproduce, and use such content on the platform and related marketing channels for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.
Sellers must only upload content they own or have permission to use.
22. Website Availability
LibanMall aims to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, internet outages, security issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
LibanMall is not liable for losses caused by downtime, technical errors, interrupted access, lost data, or temporary unavailability.
23. Account Suspension or Termination
LibanMall may suspend, restrict, or terminate a customer or seller account if we believe that the user has:

Uploaded illegal or misleading content.

Misused the platform.

Failed to pay required seller fees.

Repeatedly failed to fulfill orders.

Damaged the reputation of LibanMall.

Harassed users, customers, sellers, or staff.

Engaged in fraud, abuse, spam, or suspicious behavior.
LibanMall may also remove products, hide stores, cancel demo access, or refuse future service where necessary.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LibanMall is not liable for:

Seller product quality, accuracy, safety, or legality.

Delivery delays or failed delivery.

Customer refusal to pay.
-
Seller refusal to fulfill orders.

Product defects or damages.
-
Loss of profit, sales, data, reputation, or business opportunity.

Misuse of the platform by sellers or customers.

Third-party service failures.

AI-generated content errors.
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
LibanMall’s role is limited to providing the online marketplace platform and related services.
25. Indemnity
Users and sellers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LibanMall, its owners, founders, directors, officers, employees, developers, operators, administrators, contractors, service providers, partners, representatives, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, or demands arising from or related to:
- Their use or misuse of the platform.
- Their products, services, listings, store content, or uploaded materials.
- Their violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Their violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Their infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or consumer rights.
- Their customer disputes, complaints, returns, refunds, warranties, deliveries, or payment issues.
- Their failure to fulfill orders or provide accurate product information.
- Any fraud, abuse, misconduct, negligence, or unlawful activity connected to their account or store.
This obligation continues even after the user or seller stops using LibanMall or their account is suspended, cancelled, or terminated.
26. Privacy
Use of LibanMall is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you agree that LibanMall may collect and process information needed to operate the platform, manage accounts, process orders, communicate with users, improve services, and maintain security.
27. Cookies
LibanMall may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, improve user experience, remember preferences, analyze performance, and support platform features.
By using the website, you agree to the use of cookies according to our cookie notice and Privacy Policy.
28. Changes to the Platform
LibanMall may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, plan, price, or tool at any time.

Continued use of LibanMall after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon, unless another applicable law is required.
Any disputes should first be handled through friendly communication with LibanMall. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent courts or authorities in Lebanon, unless otherwise required by law.
