LibanMall is an online marketplace that allows independent sellers to create their own stores and sell products across Lebanon.

Please read this Delivery Information page carefully before placing an order.

1. Marketplace Delivery Model

LibanMall does not handle delivery directly.

Each seller on LibanMall is responsible for managing their own deliveries, shipping arrangements, delivery fees, delivery areas, delivery timeframes, returns, exchanges, and customer communication.

Sellers may deliver orders themselves or use third-party delivery companies, couriers, drivers, or logistics providers.

LibanMall provides the online marketplace platform only and does not control the delivery process unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Seller Responsibility

Each seller is responsible for:

  • Confirming order availability.

  • Preparing and packaging the order.

  • Setting delivery areas and delivery fees.

  • Arranging delivery with the customer.

  • Using their own delivery staff or third-party delivery company.

  • Updating the customer where possible.

  • Handling failed delivery attempts.

  • Handling delivery delays.

  • Handling damaged, missing, wrong, or incomplete items.

  • Managing returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds according to their own policy.

Any delivery-related questions must be addressed directly with the seller.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are set by each seller.

Fees may vary depending on:

  • The seller’s location.

  • The customer’s location.

  • The delivery area.

  • The size or weight of the order.

  • The delivery company used by the seller.

  • The seller’s own delivery policy.

LibanMall does not set or collect delivery fees unless clearly stated on the website or agreed separately.

Customers should review the delivery fee shown at checkout, on the product page, or as communicated by the seller before confirming the order.

4. Delivery Areas

Each seller may choose the areas they deliver to.

Some sellers may deliver across Lebanon, while others may only deliver to specific cities, regions, or local areas.

If a seller cannot deliver to your area, the seller may contact you to cancel the order, adjust the delivery arrangement, or suggest another solution.

LibanMall is not responsible if a seller does not deliver to a specific location.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes may vary from seller to seller.

Delivery may depend on:

  • Product availability.

  • Seller working hours.

  • Customer location.

  • Delivery company schedule.

  • Traffic, weather, holidays, or road conditions.

  • Order volume.

  • Stock availability.

  • Unexpected delays.

Any delivery timeframe shown or communicated is an estimate only unless the seller clearly confirms otherwise.

Customers should contact the seller directly for delivery updates.

6. Cash on Delivery

Many orders on LibanMall may be paid by Cash on Delivery, depending on the seller and available checkout options.

Where Cash on Delivery is used, payment is collected directly by the seller, the seller’s delivery representative, or the third-party delivery company used by the seller.

LibanMall does not collect, hold, process, or release Cash on Delivery payments unless a separate arrangement is clearly stated.

Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery address and paying the correct amount when the order arrives.

7. Third-Party Delivery Companies

Sellers may use third-party delivery companies or couriers to deliver orders.

These delivery companies are independent from LibanMall.

LibanMall is not responsible for the actions, delays, pricing, mistakes, damage, failed delivery, loss, or conduct of any third-party delivery company used by a seller.

Any issue involving a delivery company should be addressed directly with the seller, who is responsible for managing the delivery arrangement.

8. Delivery Problems

If there is a problem with your delivery, including delay, failed delivery, damaged item, missing item, wrong item, or incomplete order, please contact the seller directly.

The seller is responsible for investigating and resolving delivery-related issues.

LibanMall may assist with communication where possible, but final responsibility remains with the seller.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

LibanMall does not handle returns, exchanges, or refunds directly.

Each seller is responsible for their own return, exchange, warranty, replacement, and refund policy.

Before placing an order, customers should review the seller’s return and delivery information where available.

For any return, exchange, refund, damaged item, wrong item, or product complaint, customers must contact the seller directly.

LibanMall is not responsible for approving, rejecting, collecting, replacing, refunding, or exchanging products sold by independent sellers.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

  • Answering calls or messages from the seller or delivery representative.

  • Paying the correct Cash on Delivery amount where applicable.

  • Checking the order upon receipt where possible.

  • Contacting the seller promptly if there is an issue.

Incorrect addresses, unanswered calls, unavailable customers, or refused deliveries may result in order cancellation or additional delivery fees, depending on the seller’s policy.

11. Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Issues

A seller may cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable.

  • The seller cannot deliver to the customer’s area.

  • The customer cannot be reached.

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • Delivery is not possible due to road, weather, security, courier, or logistical issues.

  • The customer refuses to accept or pay for the order.

  • There is a genuine pricing, stock, or order error.

Any cancellation related to delivery is handled by the seller.

12. Contacting the Seller

For delivery questions, customers should contact the seller directly through the available contact methods on LibanMall, such as:

  • Seller contact form

  • Product enquiry form

  • WhatsApp link, if available

  • Phone number, if provided

  • Seller store contact details

Please contact the seller for:

  • Delivery time

  • Delivery fee

  • Delivery area

  • Order status

  • Failed delivery

  • Damaged item

  • Wrong item

  • Exchange request

  • Refund request

13. LibanMall’s Role

LibanMall’s role is to provide the online marketplace platform where sellers can list products and customers can place orders.

LibanMall is not responsible for:

  • Delivery arrangements.

  • Delivery fees.

  • Delivery delays.

  • Failed delivery.

  • Courier mistakes.

  • Damaged items.

  • Missing items.

  • Wrong items.

  • Return approvals.

  • Exchange approvals.

  • Refund approvals.

  • Seller delivery policies.

  • Third-party delivery companies.

  • Cash on Delivery collection.

All delivery and return matters must be handled directly between the customer and the seller.
