Delivery method

All orders on LibanMall are delivered via each seller's own courier or in-house delivery. Delivery is available across Lebanon, or as specified by the seller. Sellers may deliver to certain areas only.

Payment at delivery

LibanMall operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You pay the delivery driver directly when your order arrives — no online payment required. Some sellers request payment in advance by Whish before sending the product, this could be true for certain items like flowers or jewelry as examples. Always check the seller terms in advance.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your area and the seller's shipping rates. In most cases, the fee is shown clearly before you confirm your order. Sometimes the seller does not add the delivery fees, and the delivery company will charge for its fees at the time of delivery. So if the delivery fee is not mentioned at checkout, expect to pay it directly to the delivery company.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery times vary by seller. Most sellers deliver within 1–3 business days. You can check a store's estimated delivery time on their store page.
