Return Policy

Default Seller Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to products purchased from this seller on LibanMall.

Please note that LibanMall is a marketplace platform. Returns, exchanges, replacements, and product issues are handled directly between the customer and the seller.

1. General Return Policy

In general, returns are not accepted unless the product is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Defective on arrival

  • Incorrectly sent by the seller

  • The wrong size, where size exchange is allowed by the seller

Any return or exchange request must be made within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date.

After 7 days, the seller may refuse the return or exchange request.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn, where applicable

  • Undamaged by the customer

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, parts, gifts, and invoices included, where applicable

The seller may refuse any returned product that is used, damaged, incomplete, washed, altered, stained, missing packaging, or not in resaleable condition.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact the seller as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If the seller confirms that the product was damaged or defective on arrival, the seller will usually offer a replacement or exchange, depending on stock availability.

Refunds are generally not offered unless the seller decides otherwise or a replacement is not possible.

4. Wrong Size Exchanges

If the customer receives the correct item but the size is not suitable, the seller may allow a size exchange, depending on product type and availability.

To qualify for a size exchange, the product must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for any delivery fees related to returning the item and receiving the replacement, unless the seller sent the wrong size by mistake.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature, hygiene reasons, customization, or digital delivery.

Non-returnable items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and similar hygiene-sensitive items

  • Earrings and body jewelry

  • Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, perfumes, or personal care products once opened or used

  • Food, beverages, supplements, or perishable items

  • Baby products that are opened or used

  • Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons

  • Digital products, downloads, files, ebooks, online content, vouchers, gift cards, or software

  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items, if marked as non-returnable by the seller

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, delivered, accessed, downloaded, or sent.

6. Return Delivery Fees

Unless the seller sent the wrong item or the product was confirmed as damaged or defective on arrival, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery cost to return the product to the seller.

The customer may also be responsible for the delivery cost of sending the replacement item, depending on the seller’s policy.

Delivery fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Replacement Instead of Refund

The seller will generally aim to replace or exchange the product rather than issue a refund.

Refunds are not normally provided unless the seller decides otherwise, the product cannot be replaced, or applicable law requires otherwise.

If a replacement is not available, the seller may offer an alternative product, store credit, or another solution agreed directly with the customer.

8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, the customer should contact the seller directly using the contact details available on the seller’s LibanMall store or product page.

The customer should provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name and phone number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete

The product should not be returned before the seller confirms the return instructions.

9. Seller Review and Approval

All return and exchange requests are subject to seller review and approval.

The seller may refuse a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made after 7 days from delivery

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or opened

  • The product is missing packaging, tags, accessories, or parts

  • The product is non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, digital delivery, or product nature

  • The customer did not provide enough proof of damage, defect, or error

  • The return does not comply with this policy

10. LibanMall’s Role

LibanMall is a marketplace platform and does not directly handle returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds, or delivery.

All return and exchange matters are handled directly between the customer and the seller.

LibanMall may assist with communication where possible, but the seller remains responsible for reviewing and resolving return or exchange requests according to this policy and their own store terms.
